About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator/ Generalist to join our team and take the next step in their career. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing proactive support as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, assisting with the implementation of HR strategies including recruitment, employee relations, team development and performance management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining associate files and records (using Workday) in line with business and legislative requirements;
  • Supporting HRBPs and hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding;
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects to support the HRBP team (associate survey, compensation analysis, writing job descriptions).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous HR Coordination/ Generalist experience with an interest in expanding your HR toolkit and passion to learn & develop;
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal;
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships;
  • A university undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification / equivalent experience.
