Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Venue Operations Lead to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our iconic hotel. This is a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with team members, patrons, and local suppliers, while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including staff, inventory, and finances. They will create a positive and inclusive work environment, promote a culture of excellence, and drive revenue growth through innovative ideas and effective promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of venue operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Fostering strong relationships with team members, patrons, and local suppliers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Effective management of staff, inventory, and finances to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes a culture of excellence.
  • Developing and implementing innovative ideas and effective promotions to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Venue Management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments within the Central Support team.
  • P&L understanding and ability to analyze financials to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area.
