Job Title: Field Service Technician

This role requires a skilled technician to ensure the smooth operation of RME assets at customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, commissioning, and training customers on RME technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure RME assets operate efficiently, reliably, and safely
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service requests
  • Commission, maintain, and train customer mine site personnel on RME technologies
  • Recommend spare parts, provide condition reports, and consult with customers on asset maintenance
  • Participate in training and motivation opportunities

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical (Electrotechnology, Fitter & Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic) or similar trade qualification
  • Interest in mining, mechanical, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Well-developed written and spoken communication and presentation skills
  • Current open driver's license
