We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Australian Red Cross. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in driving sales, increasing donations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through POS/cash register/eftpos
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Support the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets and increasing donations
  • Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service to drive sales and customer loyalty
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service, retail, or sales position with exceptional customer engagement skills
  • Previous cash handling skills and stock rotation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proven reliability and punctuality with a positive can-do attitude
