About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Impact Data & Evaluation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff across Benevolent's Child, Youth and Family programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support our teams to be proficient in best practice principles when capturing and recording data
  • Work closely with our management teams to remediate data when needed
  • Collaborate with non-government and government bodies to reduce barriers and provide a conduit between our staff and funding bodies
  • Ensure accurate data is captured to demonstrate the high quality of our work, meet KPI's, and intended outcomes of programs

**Requirements:**

  • Be a natural team player with the capacity to work independently
  • Have experience managing data systems and analysing and communicating data
  • Work with SME's to extract, validate and transform data for reporting purposes
  • Have strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to innovate processes
  • Have experience conducting training or facilitating training sessions, both online and in person
  • Have experience working in, volunteering with, or using community services
