Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in payroll, strong technical knowledge, and excellent leadership abilities.

  • Lead and support the payroll team to ensure seamless system operation and resolve technical issues.
  • Oversee master data maintenance, payroll production, statutory reporting, and payment processing in line with compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and implement changes to awards, enterprise agreements, and relevant legislation.
  • Provide technical support to the team, resolving escalated queries and complex payroll issues in collaboration with HR and Finance.
