**Job Description:** On-Site Licensed Practical Nurse PRN position available in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will provide patient care and perform various clinical activities under the supervision of Providers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:** To be successful, you must possess a current Florida license as a LPN and graduate from an accredited nursing program.

**Work Environment:** Schedule is per diem with most shifts being 8 hours a day (7a-3p) and some shifts being 4 hours long. You must be willing to work 2hr-8hr shifts.

**Location:** 901 North Lake Destiny Road, Suite 400, Maitland, FL 32751

**Patient Care Activities:

  • Provide direct patient care and perform various clinical activities, adhering to state and federal guidelines for quality care and patient safety.
  • Utilize age-specific guidelines to assess patients during clinical check-in, document vital signs, and identify potential signs of abuse or neglect.
  • Perform and administer treatments, medications, and follow-up assessments ordered by providers, verifying information as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:** Respond appropriately in clinical emergencies and triage situations, complete diagnostic testing, and maintain accurate documentation.

**Requirements:*

  • Current Florida license as a LPN
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
