Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset registers for control systems, data, and communications assets, facilitating informed decision-making and risk assessment.
  • Develop evidence-based business cases, reports, and recommendations by analyzing asset data, assessing risks, and engaging stakeholders to support asset management decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create an integrated investment plan aligning with long-term infrastructure strategies and funding requirements.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of strategic asset and services plans (TAM SASP and TAM ASP) to promote operational safety, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Provide technical assurance on asset performance, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, maintenance, and operational standards.
  • Identify innovative opportunities for asset improvement, including new technologies, asset upgrades, renewals, and divestments that align with digital transformation and operational goals.
  • Act as the asset owner in governance processes relating to acquisition, sustainment, renewal, and divestment activities, providing strategic advice and final approvals.
  • Lead cross-functional engagement to successfully integrate new technologies and digital systems, maintaining real-time control, safety, and network coordination capabilities.
