Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Digital Alchemy Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to evaluate their marketing needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals. You will have a strong understanding of database lifecycle marketing, above-the-line and below-the-line marketing, and be able to analyze data to inform campaign strategy.

Your expertise will be sought after by clients looking to transform their marketing approach and improve customer engagement. You will be responsible for educating clients on best practices in campaign strategy and execution, as well as advising them on creative techniques and channel planning.

You will also be required to analyze campaign performance data, draw insights and hypotheses from the data to optimize and/or ideate campaigns, and compile reports regarding campaign performance for executive management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a passion for all things marketing, especially above-the-line and below-the-line marketing, marketing technology, social media, content, and inbound marketing.
