Lead Emergency Medicine Specialist

Your role at a busy emergency department involves spearheading multidisciplinary teams and driving initiatives to optimize resources and improve care models.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery while meeting key performance targets. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with hospital priorities, overseeing performance indicators related to access times and patient flow, and ensuring efficient use of resources to optimize patient outcomes and departmental performance.
