Emergency Medicine Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Medicine professional to join our dynamic team at a leading medical facility in the picturesque south-west corner of Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our emergency medicine department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing emergency care to patients, including assessing and treating acute conditions.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in emergency medicine.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:

  • Hold or be eligible for Registration with the Australian Medical Board.
  • Be at least PGY4 level and have previous emergency medicine experience.
  • Be registered with the Australian Medical Board and registered as a trainee with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine.

Our hospital is a growing team of dedicated FACEMs who specialize in teaching, simulation, ultrasound, and research. We hold accreditation for a 24-month Emergency Medicine Training program with ACEM, ensuring excellent supervision and a learning environment that mimics an apprenticeship.
