Empowering Children and Young People

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Intensive Therapeutic Care Worker. In this role, you will work closely with children and young people aged 15-18 who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect in Supported Independent Living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children and young people in developing problem-solving skills and building positive relationships with others.
  • Assisting with daily activities, including personal care, if required.

Requirements:

  • Holding a Diploma in Community Services or related field (or higher).
  • Having a current Provide First Aid certificate.
  • Possessing a current driver's licence.
