We're seeking a highly driven Product Manager to lead solution discovery and development for our ambitious initiative to revolutionize the management of Chronic Insomnia.
This is no easy feat. You will need to think creatively, continuously experiment by going 'outside the building' to test ideas and build support for new concepts to go from a piece of paper to being in the hands of real-world users.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design, aligning product solutions with user needs.
A key aspect of this role will be to facilitate product discovery workshops, user research, and competitive analysis to identify unmet patient needs.
You will also develop business models and commercial go-to-market strategies, as well as engage with startup ecosystems involved in Insomnia management.
We are looking for a seasoned Product expert with an interest in neuroscience and a knack for turning complex problems into actionable solutions.
In return, you'll join a supportive and inspiring work environment that values individual expression and encourages innovative thinking.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous time off.
