A Mechanical Service Technician is required to support customers in the Hunter Valley region.
About the RoleThis is a full-time Monday to Friday position that offers a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with proactive advice and support.
- Facilitate flawless start-up of development machines.
- Support engineering and be directly involved with machine commissioning.
- Provide advanced technical support for development equipment in the field.
- Coordinate new product field trials and document results including any opportunities for product enhancement.
- Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Experience working underground with longwall mining equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work in an autonomous role.
- Impressive salary + super for 38-hour week.
