IT System Support Professional

The IT System Support Professional will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our global IT platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and support large-scale IT systems, including live monitoring and application support.
- Process incidents, analyze problems, and implement solutions while documenting all actions taken.
- Coordinate incident resolution with teams globally as needed.
- Maintain monitoring systems and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of operational procedures related to monitoring alerts.
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective system performance and adapt monitoring tools and procedures accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of trading processes and technical expertise in Windows environment, SQL, Scripting skills, and Production monitoring.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the optimal functioning of our IT systems.
