About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on farm operations leader to join our team. This role is vital in overseeing daily farm activities, including harvesting, irrigation management, land and tree care, and planting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our farm teams, maintaining strong crop health, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily farm operations, supporting the execution of harvesting, pest control, irrigation, and planting plans, leading and developing a motivated farm team, ensuring food safety and WHS compliance, maintaining accurate operational records and data, and liaising with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in farm supervision or horticulture/agriculture operations, strong leadership and team management abilities, knowledge of sustainable farming, pest management, and soil health, excellent problem-solving and planning skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  • Certificate I-IV (preferred)
  • Farm supervisory experience: 1 year (preferred)
