Digital Partnerships Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful partnerships within your portfolio. Your primary objective is to align our services with the long-term goals and objectives of partner agencies.
You will have the opportunity to provide strategic oversight of important initiatives, leveraging relationships and influence to overcome challenges. Your account management expertise and leadership skills will contribute significantly to our vision of being the digital partner of choice in the Queensland Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent us in complex negotiations with senior stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and present high-quality submissions, proposals, reports, and briefings related to service delivery and product development.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that maximize value for partner agencies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall experience for partner agencies.
- Coordinate resources and supervise Account Managers assigned activities to a portfolio of partner agencies.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, ethical practices, safety, diversity, and knowledge sharing.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications, Registrations, Experience):
A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management stakeholders to facilitate, negotiate, and influence digital solutions.
A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in preparing high-quality proposals and business cases.
An understanding of the complexity of information technology service delivery in public sector or not-for-profit organisation.
A legal right to live and work in Australia.
A positive attitude and contribution to our team.
