The Role">

The Member Support Manager (MSM) at our Carlingford club is responsible for taking overall management of the member experience. This involves leading a team of Member Support Consultants (MSC), who work together to achieve sales targets and retain existing members. The MSM also oversees front desk operations, ensuring every member receives exceptional service.

This role requires a motivational leader with the ability to mentor a team and lead by example. You'll use your sales expertise, organisational capabilities, and customer service skills to drive team performance and create a thriving club environment.

Main Responsibilities">
  • Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches sales targets
  • Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the team's success
  • Create a structure to help the MSC team meet their daily performance criteria
  • Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team's skills
  • Drive member retention and growth through effective communication and engagement
  • Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours, providing timely and helpful support
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop initiatives that boost membership growth
Your Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven sales and customer service experience, as well as the ability to hit key performance indicators (KPIs). Familiarity with sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling, is also essential.

You should have previous experience managing customer journeys and developing customer retention strategies. Additionally, experience mentoring a team and driving them towards a goal is highly regarded.

As a passionate and results-driven professional, you'll be able to motivate others and set clear expectations for team performance.
