Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager

About Our Client:

We are a leading global provider of audit, tax, and consulting services. Operating globally, delivering innovative solutions to help clients navigate complex business challenges.

Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client portfolio. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and optimizing tax efficiency.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on M&A transactions including structuring of transactions and conducting tax due diligence in conjunction with the Partners and other tax specialists.
  • Leading client service teams and managing service delivery to clients;
  • Providing commercial tax advice to clients, including identifying and resolving tax issues in conjunction with the Partners;
  • Research and analysis of case law and legislation;
  • Manage and develop junior staff members and deliver in-house technical training to the wider team
  • Review of income tax returns and provisions;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Business / Commerce / Finance degree with Accounting Major;
  • Completed CA or equivalent;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Previous experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent client service skills
