Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a friendly and approachable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in creating memorable in-store experiences for our customers, assisting with product discovery, and supporting the team in delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and create lasting impressions through personalized product recommendations
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

  • Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines at all times

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, have good availability to work across key customer hours, and a thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm to learn something new every day.
