Housekeeping Operations Supervisor

About the Job
The Executive Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. They will also oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent service and a keen eye for detail. Education in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity, is required. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards is essential.
