Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our hotel.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping attendants and housepersons, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Training and developing housekeeping staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensuring that all equipment and materials are in good working order and that the housekeeping inventory is accurately managed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a similar role or as a senior housekeeper
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents and chemicals, as well as basic computer skills
