Job Description

This role presents a valuable opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care in the field of Reproductive and Sexual Health.

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our team, delivering inclusive and confidential care in areas including contraception, sexual health, and women's health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting consultations aligned with Family Planning NSW guidelines and best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting medical consultations in line with Reproductive and Sexual Health: An Australian Clinical Handbook
  • Providing comprehensive care services in contraception, sexual health, and women's health
  • Collaborating effectively with nurses and clinic staff in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records using Best Practice software
  • Participating in team meetings and service improvement activities
Qualifications and Skills
  • General registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA, with at least 3 years' experience
  • Current authority and provider number for NSW
  • FPAA National Certificate in Sexual & Reproductive Health, or willingness to obtain within 2 years
  • Strong understanding of women's health and sexual health issues
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using medical software (preferably Best Practice)
