Infrastructure Solutions Manager

The Port to REZ project demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams to deliver complex infrastructure solutions that connect and transform communities.

This challenging initiative involves upgrades and modifications at 19 strategic locations spanning over 300 kilometres along the New England, Golden, and Castlereagh Highways. As an Infrastructure Solutions Manager, you will collaborate closely with the General Foreman to achieve optimum productivity and programme outcomes.

You will leverage your exceptional leadership and communication skills to build strong relationships across all levels of our projects, including subcontractors. With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, you will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high-performing culture.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results

Prior experience in TfNSW projects or urban development projects (industrial/residential subdivisions) is desirable.
