Senior Infrastructure Manager
Job Description:This Sydney based role will be part of the senior leadership team with responsibility for managing critical infrastructure, security, facilities operations and workplace experience to ensure operational availability, security, safety, sustainability and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in asset and portfolio management in a corporate and/or public sector environment, including property and facilities management, engineering services, security and workplace services.
They should have demonstrated success in driving strategic asset management outcomes, effective operational delivery and a positive workplace experience.
Proven people leadership of large and diverse teams, developing and motivating team members to achieve individual and collective success is also required.
The candidate should be able to foresee and address complex issues and interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and demonstrate awareness of the impact on operations.
Extensive experience building trust and confidence by proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in managing external vendors to ensure value for money and delivery to contract obligations and service level expectations is also required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to overcome challenges and influence positive behaviour are essential.
