Information Management Expert

We are seeking an Information Management Expert to play a pivotal role in the management, protection, and sharing of information across our organization.

  • Ensure the effective management and maintenance of our information systems, including objective & content manager, electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS), and record keeping procedures.
  • Guide and support staff on best practices and procedures for information management and the use of EDRMS.
  • Coordinate and collaborate across teams to support the creation, discovery, and protection of records.
  • Safeguard information by upholding confidentiality, integrity, and availability in line with organizational security policies.

This role requires a champion for records and information management, helping to optimize the way our organization stores, accesses, and leverages information.

About You:
  • You'll thrive in this role if you bring experience in records and information management.
  • Experience in maintaining records in accordance with relevant legislation is essential.
  • A customer-first approach, making information easy to access and use.
  • Training skills, with the ability to coach staff and end users on EDRMS and organizational requirements.
