Job Title: Marketing & Events Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Manage event timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and oversee the planning and execution of client events, product launches, student engagement initiatives, and sponsorship of industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives and campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral and advertising materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing and event suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and develop solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing or events-related area.
  • Proven event and project management skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
