Fleet Allocator Job Summary

As a Fleet Allocator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive products on time, with the highest safety standards. This dynamic role requires sharp problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and adapt quickly.

The Fleet Allocator is responsible for collaborating with transport drivers, planners, and customers to deliver exceptional service. With opportunities to grow your expertise, you will contribute to the success of our Distribution team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure deliveries are made safely, on time, and within regulatory and company standards.
  • Coordinate product delivery with agility and solve problems as they arise.
  • Maximize fleet efficiency, ensuring no load arrives late without proactive customer communication.
  • Monitor customer stock levels and keep them informed to support their operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to achieve Net Promoter Score targets and drive customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Fleet Allocations or scheduling, with a desire to further hone these skills.
  • A passion for problem-solving and clear communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • Experience or interest in the cement or concreting industry (a plus, but not essential).
  • Enthusiasm to work a day shift pattern and take ownership of your role.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and ERP tools like SAP.
  • A positive, team-first mindset ready to collaborate and build strong relationships across the business.
