Solution Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering solution architecture that supports strategic business and IT objectives.

This is an opportunity to influence a high-impact initiative, collaborate with senior leaders, and deliver meaningful outcomes across the organisation. Job Responsibilities
  • Design and drive architecture strategy: Define and implement end-to-end solution strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical solution designs.
  • Provide technical guidance: Offer technical expertise and oversight throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring best practice, governance, and regulatory alignment.
  • Develop architectural artifacts: Create roadmaps, standards, and design principles to guide solution decisions.
  • Conduct system assessments: Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions that drive value.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of designing and implementing architecture for large-scale, multi-layered transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of field service management platforms, enterprise applications, and SAP systems.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, integration, and application architecture.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, balancing technical depth with clear communication.
Benefits

This is a Sydney based role that offers hybrid working with 2-3 days work from home. The daily rate is $1,000 - $1,200 per day depending on your level of experience.
