HUB24 is seeking a Data Solution Architect who can bring strategic thinking, technical expertise and collaboration to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end architecture for HUB24's data ecosystem. This involves working closely with product teams, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing purposeful, scalable and secure data solutions using modern technologies and design practices.
  • Delivering high-quality, commercially aware data solutions that meet security, governance and quality standards.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and co-create actionable, value-driven solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding data engineers, integration engineers and analytics engineers to foster a culture of support, inclusion and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Solution Designer or Solution Architect, specifically within the data domain.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade data solutions.
  • Proficiency in modern data platforms and tools such as Python, Databricks, DBT, Fivetran and GCP.
