About the Role

The Learning and Development Manager plays a crucial role in leading the design and execution of projects focused on leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and critical capability programs. This includes conducting learning needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation to enhance data systems and improve program evaluation and delivery.
