Learning and Development Professional

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from either the Strathpine or Rhodes office or from home. As a member of the Talent, Leadership and Capability team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Learning and Development plan.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality blended learning solutions, including digital learning modules that incorporate best practice adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure learning content is relevant, timely, and aligned to strategic initiatives.
- Utilize our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy learning and development solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting relating to learning initiatives.
- A curious mind with a keen interest in the importance of learning and development within an organization.
- Demonstrated capability in building and delivering learning solutions that support strategic objectives, including digital learning.
- Experience in designing and developing learning programs for various audiences, including adapting delivery to different learning styles.
- Effective use of Learning Management Systems and ability to build effective relationships across all levels within the organization.
