Senior Mental Health Clinician Role

Our multidisciplinary team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to deliver recovery-focused programs to consumers with serious mental illnesses.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality intensive support for treatment-ordered clients post-discharge and case management of clients under Custodial Supervision Orders (CSO) on Extended Leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions for high-risk clients in the community.
  • Prepare case-managed clients for court and engage in relevant legal processes.
  • Participate in intra-hospital and inter-agency collaboration to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of forensic mental health principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
