Customer Success Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be the single point of contact for key accounts, maintaining awareness of all activities and collaborating with specialists to deliver success.

Your primary responsibility will be leading the Customer Success Community's Squad, ensuring commercial excellence in everything we do. This involves working closely with communities across Roche Diagnostics Australia (RDA) to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and passion for making a difference in patients' lives. The customer must be at the centre of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Success Community's Squad, driving commercial excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain awareness of all activities within key accounts and collaborate with specialists to deliver success.
