Director of Mixed-Use Development

A highly driven Project Manager is required to oversee all aspects of project delivery, including design, tendering, construction, defects and handover. This role will manage all elements of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of and experience in the mixed-use residential apartment space.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering sustainable and innovative communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting and cost reporting, procurement, contract administration, and managing external consultants.
