Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative digital experiences for our B2B and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery
    • Contribute to discovery phases, including the development of user stories, research competitor analysis, wireframes, and other design deliverables to help define problems to solve and opportunities.
  • Definition
    • Form project briefs based on insights, data, research, and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
  • Visual Design
    • Design creative and on-brand visual solutions, such as banners, graphics, and UI for website landing pages that drive users to the product and inspire them to create a design.
  • Implementation
    • Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers during delivery to ensure the layout, images, typography, and general experience is flawless, on-brand, and cohesive across our platforms.
  • Iteration
    • Experiment, iterate, and optimize pages and user flows for conversion.
  • Design at Scale
    • Embrace our design system and principles while keeping in mind internationalization, accessibility, and responsive design when designing solutions for a global audience.

Requirements

  • A portfolio that demonstrates experience designing, shipping, and iterating digital experiences, including websites and landing pages.
  • Strong graphic and visual design skills leveraging typography, layout, composition, and motion to visually communicate.
  • An understanding of digital/web design principles and application of visual design.
  • You shine through your designs, creating user flows and wireframes that simplify user experience.
  • You are eager to visually communicate your ideas through prototypes to test with users.
  • You thrive in a collaborative workplace, partnering with other designers, engineers, product developers, and other disciplines throughout the company.
  • You appreciate big picture thinking while keeping our users in mind.
  • You are a problem solver excited by a challenge.
  • You are an empathetic user advocate who values the backing of research and data analysis.
  • You have experience developing responsive designs utilizing the most current software and technology.
  • You are comfortable working in a high-paced and iterative environment within a cross-functional team.
  • Highly collaborative, you can bring people with you on the design journey.
  • Comfortable with chaos, you can find solutions even without perfect precedents or direction.
  • You enjoy a little flexibility in your work.

About the Team

You'll collaborate with a diverse team of SEO specialists, designers, engineers, and product managers to both iterate on existing areas of our surface and create entirely new digital experiences for our B2B and enterprise customers.
