Position Overview

This is a full-time, remote position focused on community engagement across the Mid-North Coast, with travel required within the region.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $86,000 to $103,000 plus superannuation, salary packaging options, and a meals & entertainment card, depending on qualifications and experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive assessments and interventions for individuals with disabilities who require support with language, literacy, voice, and communication.
  • Develop tailored treatment and therapy plans that address the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to meet client goals within the framework of their NDIS plans.
  • Engage in support planning to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with family members and caregivers regarding the management of communication and eating needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Valid driver's license (tools of trade vehicles provided).

  • Experience in applying evidence-based frameworks for clinical support.
  • Able to work flexibly and person-centered across various settings.
