Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

The role involves working collaboratively with our Chef/Manager to provide high-quality catering services that meet individual resident requirements, including special dietary needs and allergies. You will also ensure environmental service standards are maintained, and the residents' living environment is safe and clean.

  • You will work in accordance with the National Food Safety Program at all times, completing food safety records and preventing cross-contamination.
