Job Overview

The Income Collection Assistant is a crucial role in our operations, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

This permanent part-time position requires the successful candidate to work 3 days per week, reporting directly to the Income Collections Manager at our Head Office.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Providing general cash office administration, ensuring the billing system is up-to-date, generating and issuing invoices, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cash Management: Managing cash within the Head Office safe, requiring knowledge of cash register systems or cashier experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Back-Office Competency (preferred but not essential) and computer literacy with competency in Excel are also highly desirable.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent attention to detail, accuracy, strong communication skills, and a passion for working in a team environment.
