Collection and Delivery Opportunities

We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our team as Collection and Delivery Specialists. As a key member of our distribution network, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of making a positive impact locally and globally.

About the Role:

As a Collection and Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to distribute bags and flyers to mailboxes in designated areas. You will work independently, using maps to plan efficient routes and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute bags and/or flyers to mailboxes in given areas, meeting minimum daily targets
  • Read maps to plan efficient routes
  • Mark and return maps in a timely manner
  • Work towards team goals by achieving individual targets
  • Clean and maintain motorcycles, including tyres and oil
  • Report any mechanical concerns related to motorbikes
  • Drive motorcycles safely and efficiently
  • Perform other duties as required by the organization

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic with initiative and high integrity
  • Able to read maps and strategically plan routes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to achieve minimum daily targets
  • Hold a current NSW motorbike licence or international equivalent with an excellent driving record
  • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Committed to wearing Personal Protection Equipment and following WHS requirements
  • Comfortable working in a Christian organization
