Category Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Account Manager to join our Luxe Division on a month contract. As a key member of our Accounts team, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional business performance and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of one of our most identifiable categories, taking responsibility for sell in, sell out, forecasting, and delivering on business objectives.
- Lead category reviews, understand shopper insights, and evaluate business performance to be the category expert for the retailer.
- Develop clear strategies to support business objectives and the retailer's category portfolio.
- Deliver all financial and reporting requirements.
- Accurately forecast sell in and sell out deliverables.
- Engage and deal with retailers on ranging, promotional plans, forecasting, activations, and other key business areas.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience with strong category account management within the beauty/retail/FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and influence the decision-making process.
- Solid business development skills, experience in financial reporting with sound Excel skills, and a high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in managing e-tailing or ecommerce accounts is highly desirable and advantageous.
