Job Description

As a Territory Manager for Acute Care and Monitoring, you will lead sales growth and market share within your designated territory. You will promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.

Join this dynamic team and contribute to the development of long-term relationships with stakeholders. Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic's products and/or services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors' activities
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and adjust as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should possess a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry. Proven sales experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables into hospitals is preferred.

A solid understanding of the public and private healthcare systems and experience working within Operating Theatres is desired. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to build relationships with surgeons and medical staff are essential.

You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, high organizational skills, good time management, and ability to manage conflicting priorities are necessary.

Finally, you should be self-motivated with a resilient attitude and drive to exceed customer expectations.
