Business Development Manager Structured Finance and Operating Lease
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a key sales position where you will play a crucial role in acquiring new programs with partners.
You will develop strong relationships with existing partners and build a network of industry professionals to identify opportunities for Structured Finance across P&A programs or Operating Lease and broker distribution channels.
Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve new business volume, margin, penetration/share of business, and Introducer satisfaction targets.
In this role, you will foster collaborative working environments with internal stakeholders and work closely with existing and new partners, brokers, and customers to deliver exceptional finance experiences.
You will prepare and deliver formal business reviews and proactively maintain face-to-face relationships with internal stakeholders. You will address escalations and queries in a timely and customer-centric manner.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have exposure to Business Development and Relationship Management of 3rd Party Asset Finance Introducers.
You should have a proven track record of sales growth and the ability to acquire new customers or third-party partners.
A background in Operating Lease and Rental products across medical and IT equipment is essential.
You should possess relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or a related field.
A sound understanding of financial analysis and credit requirements and policies, as well as knowledge of Asset Finance and related products, is required.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and building strong relationships.
