Offshore Wind Development Manager

This is a pivotal role within our global team focused on supporting offshore wind projects in Australia. As the Offshore Wind Development Manager, you will play a key part in developing our business in the region by engaging with the offshore wind community and providing exceptional services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore wind development or construction, with at least 3 years of direct experience in guiding and overseeing the work of others. They must also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical knowledge to lead, report, and write technical notes effectively.

You will be responsible for coordinating activities with local offices within the APAC region and with the global team. This includes preparing and assisting with project bidding and proposal drafting, as well as supervising, mentoring, and quality checking for junior staff.

This office-based position may require occasional offshore or onsite work, along with overseas travel as agreed with your manager. The successful candidate will be a skilled multitasker able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with local offices and the global team

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in offshore wind development or construction
