We seek an innovative and strategic leader to join our Leadership Team as Head of Learning Area HOLA – Mathematics.

The successful applicant will advance the College's vision to be a learning community that fosters a supportive and inclusive culture, providing experiences which enable every student to achieve their personal success.

The HOLA Mathematics will lead a team of dedicated passionate and collaborative mathematics teachers, promoting continuous professional improvement and team effectiveness.

We require a strong commitment to staff development, supporting and mentoring teachers to build capacity and ensure best practice.

The ideal candidate will display high-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead others with a forward-thinking approach to curriculum and instructional practice.

An ability to lead strategic planning, performance development and data-informed decision-making is highly valued.
