Regional Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to fill the role of Regional Clinical Director. This position will oversee the implementation of strategic planning related to clinical training, education, and performance improvement across our nursing teams.
This is a full-time position that involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires strong leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities- Surgical nursing alongside roving surgeons
- Clinical training for clinics and individual nurses
- Improving clinical standards and nurse capability
- Mentoring nurses on clinical standards
- Influencing clinical outcomes through strategic initiatives
- Developing training action plans and delivering training
- Overseeing student placements and internships
- Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing or above
- High-level knowledge of professional veterinary nursing principles
- Strong surgical background and experience in companion animal settings
- Proven focus on continuing education and training
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
