Job Title

This role will have you working as a part of a supportive and collaborative safety operations team, surrounded by HSE experts who share their knowledge and help you succeed.

As an experienced trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering training to over 1,000 employees across our Australian mines and offices, building solid skills and experiences that prepare you for future opportunities.

You will be implementing a rollout schedule for site operational users, formulating Quick Reference Guides, and ensuring awareness packages and associated training content are updated in line with group changes.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Supporting and implementing a rollout schedule for site operational users.
  • Delivering training that supports operations to implement and harness ISMS modules.
  • Formulating Quick Reference Guides for end-users and other training support material.
  • Ensuring awareness packages and associated training content are updated in line with group changes.
  • Developing and maintaining consultative relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively identify and address training needs.

For this position, we are looking for someone with strong knowledge of safety systems, experience training and troubleshooting across various safety systems, and the ability to manage schedules. Prior experience working within the resources sector is preferred.
