We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team, who will lead the delivery of evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality therapy services, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team using the key worker model.
  • Work closely with Managers, Team Leaders and Clinical Leads in facilitating a strong learning culture framework.
  • Liaise with families and external supports, such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services.
  • Conduct hub-based and community visits.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership and excellence in the delivery of physiotherapy services.
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance within 6 months.
  • Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
  • NDIS Worker Screening check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
