Job Description:

The role of the Customer Liaison Officer is multifaceted and requires a high degree of adaptability. Your Role:

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining accurate customer records
  2. Providing high-quality customer service to our customers
  3. Communicating effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  4. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a complex administration role or large organization
  • Exceptional customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to find solutions to problems and work with people to resolve them
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data management
