Network Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to design, build and operate our global network infrastructure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, operating and optimizing our global network, including backbone, data center, public cloud and Edge/CDN. They will work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and evolution of the network.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and operate our global network infrastructure.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and evolution of the network.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and ISPs for device and carrier selection, perform testing and verification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving software/system engineering.
  • Majored in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of computer networking, Internet service infrastructure, IP routing and DNS.
  • Self-motivated, good communication and written skills.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective collaboration with a global team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of network protocols including IPv4/v6 TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS.
  • Hands-on experience of public cloud services, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali Cloud, OCI, etc.
  • Experience with network devices, such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, H3C, Huawei and other mainstream vendors.
  • Programming/scripting skills in Bash, Python or other languages.
